PRACTICE AREAS: Specializes in business, contract and oil and gas law. He focuses in the negotiation and analysis of contracts and assists both domestic and international companies on the day-to-day operations. He also advices on regulatory matters related to the upstream and midstream oil and gas industry, and he has been assisting client’s participation in public and private Bidding Rounds. Recently, he led several complex and relevant transactions related to the transfer of hydrocarbon concessions.
Leandro has been continuously recognized by Chambers and Partners since 2022 by entering the annually published prestigious rankings of individual lawyers specializing in oil & gas.
UNIVERSITY EDUCATION AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES: Universidad Católica Argentina. Lawyer. From 2009 to 2011, he cooperated with the update of the Hydrocarbons Digest published by the Instituto Argentino del Petróleo y del Gas (“IAPG”). Participated on a regular basis in the reunions held by the Chamber of Hydrocarbons Producers (“CEPH”).
