Specializes in business, contract and oil and gas law. He focuses in the negotiation and analysis of contracts and assists both domestic and international companies, representative of almost every sector of the economy at large, on the day-to-day operations. He also advices on regulatory matters related to the upstream and midstream oil and gas industry, and he has been assisting client’s participation in public and private Bidding Rounds.
Specifically regarding Oil&Gas, he led several complex and relevant transactions related to the sale and purchase of assets and transfer of concessions, and works daily in the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts of all kinds.
Additionally, he currently provides comprehensive consulting services in the planning and development process of large-scale, internationally renowned hotel and real estate projects, covering the financing, land acquisition, construction, development, and operation stages.

UNIVERSITY EDUCATION AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES: Universidad Católica Argentina. Lawyer. From 2009 to 2011, he cooperated with the update of the Hydrocarbons Digest published by the Instituto Argentino del Petróleo y del Gas (“IAPG”). Participated on a regular basis in the reunions held by the Chamber of Hydrocarbons Producers (“CEPH”).
